- 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro, leaves loosely packed
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 2 tbsp Limes, fresh juice
- 1/3 cup Red onions, small diced
- 30 oz Canned black beans, drained and rinsed
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Season to taste as needed with salt and pepper.
