Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro, leaves loosely packed
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp Limes, fresh juice
  • 1/3 cup Red onions, small diced
  • 30 oz Canned black beans, drained and rinsed

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Season to taste as needed with salt and pepper.
