Unsaved Chuck Roast Terlingua Style Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium White onions, sliced
  • 1 qt Beef broth
  • 5 tbsp Chili mix
  • 2 tbsp Louisiana style hot sauce, optional
  • 3 lb Boneless chuck roast
  • 28 oz Fire roasted diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a large crockpot add, onions, and tomatoes. Place chuck roast on top of veggies, and season meat liberally with chili seasoning. Add Tabasco and beef stock.
  2. Set crockpot to low heat, and cook for 6 to 8 hours, or until meat is fall apart tender. Skim off excess fat that has risen to top.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve with your favorite chili condiments.
