Chopped Salad with Seared Salmon

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 12.1 oz Chopped salad kit, Sweet Thai
  • 2 tbsp Grapeseed oil
  • 10 oz Salmon portions, 2 each

Instructions

  1. Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and allow to get hot. Meanwhile, place bag salad into a serving bowl. Hold off on adding nuts and dressing.
  2. Season salmon liberally with salt and pepper, place oil in pan, move it around to coat and place salmon flesh side down, skin side up in pan.
  3. Cook salmon for at least 5 to 7 minutes to create a nice crust before flipping.
  4. Cook an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until cooked to your desired doneness. Let salmon cool, then flake into salad and dress.
