Chocolate Hummus Brownies

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Chocolate hummus
  • 3 tbsp Canola oil
  • 4 Large Eggs, whites only
  • 2/3 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 Large avocado
  • 2/3 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Double acting baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking pan and set aside.
  2. Using a mixer, combine chocolate hummus with oil, egg whites, cocoa, avocado, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until incorporated.
  3. Combine flour and baking powder together then mix into the hummus mixture until smooth.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips then transfer to the baking dish.
  5. Bake 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let brownies rest before cutting.
