Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Chia seed
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 1/4 cups Unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract together in a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 2 minutes then whisk to combine.
- Remove bowl from microwave and stir in chia seeds.
- Divide mixture into 4 small bowls or 4 oz. mason jars. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Great for a quick breakfast on the go or an after school snack.
