Chipotle Lobster Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 lb Raw lobster tail, cooked and diced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Red onion, diced
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • 1 Lime, juiced and zested
  • 4 Hot dog buns

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and chill for 1 hour.
  2. Serve in roll or hot dog bun of your choice.
  3. Chef's note: The seafood counter can steam lobster tails upon request.
