Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 lb Raw lobster tail, cooked and diced
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Red onion, diced
- 1 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 Avocado, diced
- 1 Lime, juiced and zested
- 4 Hot dog buns
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and chill for 1 hour.
- Serve in roll or hot dog bun of your choice.
- Chef's note: The seafood counter can steam lobster tails upon request.
