Chili & Sour Cream Dip

Ingredients
- 33 oz Chili
- 1 lb 93% Lean Ground Beef
- 16 oz Light sour cream, fat free
- 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salted butter
- 1 cup Mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp Green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Prepare chili with ground beef according to directions on jar.
- Set aside 1 1/2 cups for recipe and refrigerate remainder for another meal.
- Combine sour cream, cilantro and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
- Spread sour cream mixture onto a serving plate, leaving a 1-inch border around the perimeter.
- Spoon 1 1/2-cup chili over the sour cream, leaving a 1-inch border of sour cream around the edge.
- Top with shredded cheese and green onions. Serve immediately
