Chili Garlic Fish Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lime, juiced
  • 4 Tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 cup Seasoned Flour
  • 2/3 tbsp Canola oil
  • 4 Ciabatta rolls
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 2 Medium Roma tomatoes, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce and lime sauce. Set aside.
  2. Dust fillets with flour and sauté in oil until golden brown and drain.
  3. Spread mayonnaise mixture on rolls and add shredded lettuce and tomatoes. Serve with oven baked fries.
