Chili Garlic Fish Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 tbsp Lime, juiced
- 4 Tilapia fillets
- 1/2 cup Seasoned Flour
- 2/3 tbsp Canola oil
- 4 Ciabatta rolls
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 2 Medium Roma tomatoes, sliced
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce and lime sauce. Set aside.
- Dust fillets with flour and sauté in oil until golden brown and drain.
- Spread mayonnaise mixture on rolls and add shredded lettuce and tomatoes. Serve with oven baked fries.
