Chili Garlic Broccoli

Unsaved Chili Garlic Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Adams Reserve Szechuan 5 Spice Seasoning, plus more as needed
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil, plus more as needed for stir-frying
  • 2 tbsp Stick + Tine Chili Garlic Crisp, plus more as needed to garnish
  • 1/4 cup Green onion, chopped as needed for garnish
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds, as needed for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place a medium sized non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
  2. In a bowl combine broccoli, sesame oil and Szechuan seasoning together to coat well.
  3. Add oil to hot pan, then immediatly add chili garlic crisp mix and seasoned broccoli.
  4. Stir-fry for 5 to 6 minutes or until broccoli just starts to slightly brown and soften.
  5. Turn off heat, add green onions and allow broccoli to rest for 3 minutes before serving, garnish with toasted sesame seeds and season to taste as needed.
