Chili Con Queso Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Easy melt cheese
  • 10.5 oz Canned chili with no beans
  • 10 oz Canned, diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 16 oz Ridged potato chips

Instructions

  1. Cut cheese into cubes and put in large microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Add chili and tomatoes and loosely cover with plastic.
  3. Heat on high power for 2 minutes and stir.
  4. Cover and heat on high power for 3 more minutes and stir.
  5. Cover and heat on high power for 1 more minute or until chili con queso is melted.
  6. Serve warm with chips.
