Chili and Garlic Flank Steak

Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef flank steak, trimmed
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Ancho chili powder
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Lime, juiced
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large zip top bag and marinate for 1 hour.
- Lightly spray the grill with non-stick cooking spray.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high.
- Grill flank steak on each side for 4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with fresh greens or steamed veggies.
