Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large zip top bag and marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Lightly spray the grill with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
  4. Grill flank steak on each side for 4 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve with fresh greens or steamed veggies.
