Chicken Spinach Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 5 oz Baby spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1 lb Boneless skinless thin sliced chicken breast
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 4 oz Low fat cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375˚F and line a sheet pan with foil.
  2. Combine spinach with cream cheese and garlic powder in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Lay out thinly sliced chicken breast onto the foil lined sheet pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Spread a generous portion of spinach cream cheese mixture onto seasoned chicken breast.
  5. Roll up chicken breast and secure with a toothpick. Place in the oven for 15 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately.
