Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 Hill Country Fare Olive Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 2 cups Healthy Marinara Pasta Sauce
- 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, fat trimmed and cubed
- 8 oz Whole Wheat Spaghetti
- 16 oz Broccoli Normandy Blend, frozen
- 1 cup H-E-B Fancy Shredded Cheese Pizza Blend
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Spray an 8 x 8 inch baking dish or pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, combine pasta sauce and chicken.
- Cook until chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 7 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions, but after 6 minutes, add the frozen vegetables and cook 3 more minutes.
- Drain pasta and vegetables; add to chicken mixture and stir.
- Remove foil, top with shredded cheese and bake until cheese melts, about 3 minutes. Serve warm.
- Evenly fill prepared pan, cover with foil and bake 10 minutes.
