Chicken Spaghetti

Unsaved Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 Hill Country Fare Olive Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 2 cups Healthy Marinara Pasta Sauce
  • 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, fat trimmed and cubed
  • 8 oz Whole Wheat Spaghetti
  • 16 oz Broccoli Normandy Blend, frozen
  • 1 cup H-E-B Fancy Shredded Cheese Pizza Blend

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Spray an 8 x 8 inch baking dish or pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine pasta sauce and chicken.
  4. Cook until chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 7 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions, but after 6 minutes, add the frozen vegetables and cook 3 more minutes.
  6. Drain pasta and vegetables; add to chicken mixture and stir.
  7. Remove foil, top with shredded cheese and bake until cheese melts, about 3 minutes. Serve warm.
  8. Evenly fill prepared pan, cover with foil and bake 10 minutes.
