Chicken Shawarma

Ingredients
- 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemons, juiced
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 3 Fresh garlic clove, crushed
- 4 Wheat pita pockets
- 4 tbsp Roasted garlic hummus
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 Roma tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat grill to 375°F.
- Season chicken with lemon juice, curry powder, olive oil and garlic.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and set aside.
- Cut each pita in half and open. Spread 1 tablespoon of hummus into each half of pita and stuff with chicken, lettuce and tomato.
