Chicken Scalloped Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 Fresh jalapeno pepper(s), seeded and chopped fine
- 3/4 cup 2% milk
- 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 10 oz Chunk white chicken in water, drained and chopped
- 10 oz Green beans, frozen
- 5.2 oz Scalloped potatoes
- 1 Vegetable oil no-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine 2 cups boiling water, butter and milk in a saucepan.
- Stir in cheese sauce mix, then add potatoes, chicken, green beans and jalapeno pepper; stir to combine.
- Pour potato mixture into prepared baking dish; bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
