Chicken Sausage Bake

Ingredients

  • 4 Spinach feta chicken sausage links, cooked & sliced
  • 1 Red onion, chopped
  • 8 oz Baking potato, cubed
  • 2 cups Fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 Zucchini squash, halved & cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place a large pyrex or glass baking dish in oven and preheat to 400ºF.
  2. Toss all ingredients in a bowl then transfer to preheated pan.
  3. Roast until potatoes are tender.
  4. Serve immediately.
