Chicken Sausage Bake

Ingredients
- 4 Spinach feta chicken sausage links, cooked & sliced
- 1 Red onion, chopped
- 8 oz Baking potato, cubed
- 2 cups Fresh broccoli florets
- 1 Zucchini squash, halved & cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Place a large pyrex or glass baking dish in oven and preheat to 400ºF.
- Toss all ingredients in a bowl then transfer to preheated pan.
- Roast until potatoes are tender.
- Serve immediately.
