Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Ingredients
- 1 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 16 oz Fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup Quartered artichoke hearts, chopped
- 2 cups Heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 lb Natural boneless thin sliced chicken breast
Instructions
- In large sauté pan, melt butter over medium heat and stir-fry artichokes 2 minutes, then add garlic and cook 1 to 2 more minutes.
- Once garlic is fragrant, add heavy cream and reduce about 10 minutes or until thick.
- While cream sauce is reducing, cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
- Once cream sauce starts to thicken, add Parmesan cheese, chopped chicken and pasta. Toss to coat and cook 2 more minutes.
- In a medium pan over medium-high heat, cook chicken about 3 minutes on both sides or until cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside; chop.
- Chef's Note: For a quick swap, use rotisserie chicken!
