  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 16 oz Fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup Quartered artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 2 cups Heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 lb Natural boneless thin sliced chicken breast

Instructions

  1. In large sauté pan, melt butter over medium heat and stir-fry artichokes 2 minutes, then add garlic and cook 1 to 2 more minutes.
  2. Once garlic is fragrant, add heavy cream and reduce about 10 minutes or until thick.
  3. While cream sauce is reducing, cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  4. Once cream sauce starts to thicken, add Parmesan cheese, chopped chicken and pasta. Toss to coat and cook 2 more minutes.
  5. In a medium pan over medium-high heat, cook chicken about 3 minutes on both sides or until cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside; chop.
  6. Chef's Note: For a quick swap, use rotisserie chicken!
