Chicken Cheese Taco Wraps

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Fully cooked seasoned chicken breast, sliced into 3 ounce sections
  • 1/2 cup H-E-B Fancy Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Frozen super sweet corn
  • 2 Fully Cooked Bacon, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Taco seasoning mix
  • 4 Wheat flour tortillas, warmed
  • 4 tbsp Medium salsa
  • 1 cup Iceberg lettuce, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, cheese, corn, bacon and taco seasoning in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave 1 minute, stir, and heat an additional minute, if needed, until hot.
  2. Place chicken mixture on warm tortillas, top with salsa and lettuce. Roll up and enjoy.
