Chicken, Broccoli & Noodles

Ingredients
- 5 Peeled garlic cloves, sliced thin crosswise
- 16 oz Gluten free linguine pasta
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 16 oz Frozen broccoli
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper grinder
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
- 2 cups Shredded chicken
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Prepare broccoli according to package directions.
- Heat a large skillet for 3 minutes over medium high heat.
- Add olive oil and garlic; stir-fry until garlic is golden.
- Add chicken and sour cream to garlic and heat for 2 more minutes.
- Drain pasta and broccoli. Combine pasta and broccoli in a large pasta bowl.
- Add hot chicken mixture to hot pasta and season to taste with salt and pepper; toss to combine.
