Chicken, Broccoli & Noodles

Unsaved Chicken, Broccoli & Noodles

Ingredients

  • 5 Peeled garlic cloves, sliced thin crosswise
  • 16 oz Gluten free linguine pasta
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 16 oz Frozen broccoli
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper grinder
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 2 cups Shredded chicken

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Prepare broccoli according to package directions.
  3. Heat a large skillet for 3 minutes over medium high heat.
  4. Add olive oil and garlic; stir-fry until garlic is golden.
  5. Add chicken and sour cream to garlic and heat for 2 more minutes.
  6. Drain pasta and broccoli. Combine pasta and broccoli in a large pasta bowl.
  7. Add hot chicken mixture to hot pasta and season to taste with salt and pepper; toss to combine.
