Unsaved Chick N Parm

Ingredients

  • 0.7 oz Fresh basil
  • 4 Chik'n veggie patties
  • 12 oz Fresh mozzarella cheese log, sliced
  • 4 tbsp Healthy marinara

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Place chik patties on prepared pan and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
  3. Place 1 tablespoon of marinara on each patty and top each with 2 leaves of basil and 2 slices of fresh mozzarella.
  4. Place sheet pan in the oven and cook chick patties for 5 minutes.
  5. Return sheet pan to oven and continue to bake patties until cheese is a little brown on top, about 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Add two leaves of basil to each patty and top with 2 slices of fresh mozzarella.
