Chicharron Tacos Con Salsa Verde

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 1/2 cups Salsa verde
- 6 oz Chicharrones, plus 2 Tbsp chicharrones, crushed small
- 6 White corn tortillas, warmed
- 1/4 cup Queso fresco
- 1/3 cup Fresh cilantro, washed and dried, leaves picked
Instructions
- Place water, salsa verde, and chicharrones in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until salsa has thickened and chicharrones are softened.
- Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of chicharron salsa mixture in the center of a warm tortilla. Top with a sprinkle of queso fresco and a few cilantro leaves.
- Garnish with crushed chicharrones and serve immediately.
