Chesapeake Hot Crab Dip

Unsaved Chesapeake Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Panko Plain Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Chesapeake Bay Seasoning, divided use
  • 1 cup Jalapeño Pimento Cheese
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Green onions, green tops only, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz Jumbo Lump Crab Meat, drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray an 8 x 8-inch ovenproof pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl combine pimento cheese, cream cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, and remaining seasoning. Stir until well combined.
  3. Fold crabmeat into the cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan and spread out evenly. Top with panko breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes or until browned on top and bubbling around the edges. Serve hot with bread or crackers for dipping.
