Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Italian parsley, leaves tightly packed
- 1 cup Fresh cilantro, leaves tightly packed
- 1/2 cup Fresh mint, roughly chopped
- 3 Fresh garlic clove, crushed
- 3 tbsp Fresh lemon juice, plus 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
- 3/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Combine everything but olive oil in a blender and pulse until well combined.
- While blender is running slowly, add olive oil until an emulsion forms. Season to taste and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Chef's Note: Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
