Unsaved Chef's Cobb Salad with Dijon Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Green onion(s), chopped
  • 1 cup Regular sour cream
  • 1/2 cup 1% milkfat buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 3 cups Fresh ham, diced small
  • 5 Large eggs, hard boiled, peeled and chopped
  • 4 heads Romaine hearts, chopped thinly
  • 1 pt Grape tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1 Large Haas avocado(s), diced
  • 4 oz Feta, crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine onions, sour cream, buttermilk, and mustard. Blend until smooth and season to taste with salt and pepper as needed. Refrigerate until ready to use. Dressing can be made up to 2 days in advance.
  2. In a large serving bowl, add all remaining ingredients. Toss with dressing as needed and season to taste.
