Cheesy Truffle Potato Gratin

Unsaved Cheesy Truffle Potato Gratin

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Baking potato, washed and sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
  • 2 cups Red onions, julienned
  • 9.8 oz H-E-B Just the Sauce Truffle
  • 1/4 cup Unbleached All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp H-E-B Pure Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375˚F.
  2. Lightly grease a 9 x 13" baking dish.
  3. In prepared baking dish, layer potatoes so they overlap each other, then top the layer of potatoes with onions and 2 tablespoons of sauce, flour, and cheese. Season to taste.
  4. Continue layering until dish is full and top with extra cheese.
  5. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake 40 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
  6. Remove foil from potatoes and allow top to brown lightly.
  7. Allow potatoes to cool before serving.
