Cheesy Hatch Garlic Bread

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Adams Reserve Hatch Green Chile Ranch Rub
- 1 tbsp Roasted Hatch pepper, finely chopped
- 4 oz Unsalted butter
- 2 cups Monterey jack with jalapenos cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 Ciabatta bread, cut in half horizontally
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Place softened butter, Hatch Green Chile Ranch Rub, garlic and Hatch peppers in a small bowl. Whisk until well blended.
- Spread butter on each half of ciabattta bread. Place on a sheet pan and bake 9 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with cheese.
- Turn oven to broil and return bread to oven for 1 minute or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Slice and serve immediately.
