Cheddar Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 8 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup Black Forest ham, chopped in 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup Whole milk
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup Hatch tomatillo salsa
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine eggs, ham, milk, butter, salsa, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Pour into an 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
  4. Top with cheese.
  5. Bake 15-25 minutes until set and just browned.
