Unsaved Cheddar and Chive Hash Brown Waffles with Fried Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 package Frozen potato puffs, completely thawed
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Fresh chives
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp Salted butter
  • 4 Center cut bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Mix puffs with cheese and chives, and lightly crumble and mix until combined.
  2. Add puffs to waffle maker on medium heat and sprinkle with desired seasonings.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet. Cook eggs several minutes until white is opaque and yolk is slightly runny.
  4. Serve each egg over one section of waffle and bacon.
