Charred Veggie Fajitas

Ingredients
- 12 oz Sliced portabellas
- 12 oz Fresh fajita vegetables tray
- 1/2 tsp Steak seasoning
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 12 H-E-B Mixla Tortillas
- 1/2 cup Queso dip
- 1/2 cup Fresh guacamole
- 1/2 cup Fresh salsa, as needed
Instructions
- Heat a large cast iron skillet to medium-high.
- Toss mushrooms and sliced veggies with steak seasoning and oil. Set aside.
- Quickly heat tortillas in the skillet then transfer to a plate and cover with a towel.
- Add seasoned veggies to the hot skillet and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until charred.
- To serve, fill tortillas with veggies, top with queso, guacamole and salsa.
