Charred Peach Bourbon Glazed Pork Belly

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Pork Belly
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 3 tbsp Adams Reserve Chipotle Five Spice Rub
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted butter, melted
  • 12 oz Fischer & Weiser Four Star Provisions Charred Peach Bourbon Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 500ºF.
  2. Rub pork with avocado oil and season with chipotle five spice rub.
  3. Place pork belly on a roasting pan with a wire rack and bake fat side up 15 minutes or until well browned.
  4. Lower oven temperature to 275ºF and bake additional 2 hours.
  5. Using a brush, or spoon, coat pork belly with butter and charred peach bourbon sauce. Use tongs to flip pork belly and coat bottom with sauce as well.
  6. Cook another hour or until fork tender.
  7. Chef's Note: Serve pork with left over sauce.
