  • 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp The Spice Hunter Smoky Turmeric, plus more as needed to taste
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper, plus more as needed
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds, as needed

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler, arranging rack 6 to 8 inches below broiler.
  2. In a bowl, combine cauliflower, olive oil, seasoning, lemon zest, and pepper. Toss well to combine.
  3. Place cauliflower on a sheet pan and broil in 3 to 5 minute intervals before flipping cauliflower to ensure even cooking.
  4. Continue to cook until cauliflower is nicely charred on all sides.
  5. Allow to cool and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Garnish with fresh chives if desired for added color. Season to taste and serve.
