Unsaved Chalupas

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lean ground turkey
  • 1.2 oz Less sodium taco seasoning mix
  • 14.5 oz Mexican style refried beans
  • 12 Baked corn tostadas
  • 1 Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 3 Fresh roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 White onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Shredded 2% fat cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over high heat 2 minutes.
  2. Brown ground turkey until fully cooked.
  3. Add taco seasoning and prepare as directed on taco seasoning package; cover and keep warm on low heat.
  4. Heat beans in a small covered bowl in the microwave.
  5. Spread beans on tostadas, top with taco filling, lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese.
