Chai Chia Pudding

Unsaved Chai Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 Chai tea bags
  • 1/2 cup Chia seed
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 1/4 cups Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Heat milk. Add 2 tea bags and steep 2 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags from milk and cool briefly.
  3. Add all ingredients to an airtight container and whisk until incorporated.
  4. Chill at least 4 hours but preferably overnight.
  5. Divide into four mason jars.
