Ceviche Avocado Tostada

Ingredients
- 8 Tostadas
- 2 Large Haas avocados, ripe
- 2 tsp Orange Pepper Seasoning
- 1 cup Finely shredded red cabbage
- 8 oz Shrimp Ceviche
- 1/3 cup Fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Instructions
- Lay tostadas out on a flat work surface.
- In a small bowl mash together ripe avocado and seasoning.
- Gently spoon equal amounts of mashed avocado onto each tostada and spread a thick layer with the back of the spoon.
- Place ceviche into a strainer to drain excess liquid.
- Using a sharp knife or shredder, cut cabbage into fine strands and divide equally between the tostadas.
- Gently spoon ceviche on top of cabbage and garnish with cilantro. Serve immediately.
