Unsaved Ceviche Avocado Tostada

Ingredients

  • 8 Tostadas
  • 2 Large Haas avocados, ripe
  • 2 tsp Orange Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 cup Finely shredded red cabbage
  • 8 oz Shrimp Ceviche
  • 1/3 cup Fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Lay tostadas out on a flat work surface.
  2. In a small bowl mash together ripe avocado and seasoning.
  3. Gently spoon equal amounts of mashed avocado onto each tostada and spread a thick layer with the back of the spoon.
  4. Place ceviche into a strainer to drain excess liquid.
  5. Using a sharp knife or shredder, cut cabbage into fine strands and divide equally between the tostadas.
  6. Gently spoon ceviche on top of cabbage and garnish with cilantro. Serve immediately.
