Cedar Plank Salmon & Brussels and Asparagus Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 Cedar plank salmon in orange marinade
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 14 oz Fresh vegetable tray

Instructions

  1. Cook salmon according to package directions.
  2. While salmon is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil along with all the vegetables except asparagus. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add asparagus, seasoning packet, and 1/4 cup of water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes then uncover and cook for 3 more minutes or to desired doneness.
