Cauliflower and Truffle Au Gratin

Unsaved Cauliflower and Truffle Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 20 oz Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Truffle salt
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 400°F.
  2. Begin by bringing 5 quarts of water to a boil, and cook florets for 3 - 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In another large pot, over medium heat, add whipping cream, cream cheese and truffle salt and cook gently for 5 - 7 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
  4. Combine everything together, mix well, and place in an oven safe container, and top with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake 15 minutes and serve hot!
