Cauliflower and Truffle Au Gratin

Ingredients
- 20 oz Cauliflower florets
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp Truffle salt
- 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven 400°F.
- Begin by bringing 5 quarts of water to a boil, and cook florets for 3 - 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In another large pot, over medium heat, add whipping cream, cream cheese and truffle salt and cook gently for 5 - 7 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
- Combine everything together, mix well, and place in an oven safe container, and top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 15 minutes and serve hot!
