Ingredients
- 1 lb Strip steaks
- 1/2 cup H-E-B That Green Sauce, plus more as needed for garnish
- 8 Corn or flour tortillas, plus more as needed
- 1/2 cup White onion, diced
- 1 Fresh cilantro, stems removed, rough chopped
Instructions
- Preheat grill to 350ºF or medium-high.
- Season steaks with a liberal pinch of salt and pepper.
- Grill to desired doneness then set aside a few minutes to rest.
- Slice meat thinly and place in a bowl.
- Add salsa and toss to coat.
- Assemble tacos: place slices of beef on tortillas and top with fresh onions and cilantro.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and more salsa if desired.
