Ingredients
- 1 Plain frozen pizza crust, thawed
- 4.9 oz H-E-B Just the Sauce Carbonara
- 1/4 lb Thick Cut Bacon, cut into pieces and fried
- 1 cup Arugula
- 3 Medium eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place crust on a baking sheet. Spread an even layer of carbonara sauce over pizza crust then top with cooked bacon and arugula. Carefully crack eggs onto pizza (be careful not to break the yolks).
- Place baking sheet in oven for 8 minutes, or until eggs whites are set.
