Carb Conscious Cheeseburger Salad

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Dill pickle chips, chopped, divided use
- 1 1/4 tbsp Unsweetened ketchup
- 2 tbsp Mayo
- 1 1/2 tsp Onion powder, divided use
- 2 tsp Garlic powder, divided use
- 1 tbsp Grapeseed oil
- 1 lb 90% lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 head Head of romaine hearts, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- To make the salad dressing, combine 2 Tbsp. of chopped pickles, ketchup, mayo, 1/2 tsp. of onion powder, and 1 tsp. of garlic powder in a small bowl. Stir to combine and set aside.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 Tbsp of oil and ground beef, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned. Add Worcestershire sauce, remaining onion and garlic powders, black pepper, and salt. Stir and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

- Combine lettuce, remaining chopped pickles, red onion, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, cooked ground beef, and dressing in a large bowl. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
