Unsaved Caramelized Onion and Bacon Jam Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Grapeseed oil
  • 1 Medium sweet onion, julienned
  • 9 oz Better Than Good Bacon Jam
  • 16 oz Cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat a medium-sized pan over medium heat. Add oil and heat for 2 minutes.
  2. Add onions to the pan and toss to coat with hot oil. Continue to cook, tossing occasionally, until onions are caramelized.
  3. Meanwhile, combine bacon jam with cream cheese in a medium bowl.
  4. Add caramelized onions to the bowl along with everything bagel seasoning, if desired, and mix well to combine.
