Unsaved Caprese Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 pt Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 oz Baby Arugula
  • 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella Bocconcini, halved
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar Glaze
  • 1 tbsp Pesto Genovese
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Using decorative toothpicks or mini-skewers, thread 1 tomato, 2 arugula leaves and 1 half mozzarella ball onto each skewers.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together balsamic vinegar, pesto and olive oil, drizzling over kabobs just before serving.
  3. Finish with a few coarse grains of salt on each.
