Serves 5

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Grapeseed oil
  • 1/2 lb Gulf shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Blackened seasoning spice blend
  • 5 Spinach herb wraps
  • 11.4 oz Caesar salad kit, prepared according to package directions

Instructions

  1. Heat a medium-size sauté pan over medium heat. Meanwhile, add blackened seasoning to a small bowl and coat shrimp. Set aside briefly.
  2. Add grapeseed oil to the preheated pan and heat for 2 minutes. Add shrimp and sauté for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep shrimp warm.
  3. Place an empty, dry skillet over medium-high heat. Working in batches, toast wraps lightly for 10 to 15 seconds then flip and heat for another 5 to 10 seconds, just until slightly browned but still soft. Set aside and keep warm.
  4. To assemble each wrap, place 1 cup of Bacon Caesar Salad in the center of a warm wrap and top with a row of 5 to 6 shrimp.
  5. Roll up like a burrito, slice in half and serve.
