Cajun Buttered Corn

Ingredients

  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper seasoning
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp Chili powder
  • 12 Frozen corn on the cob, frozen

Instructions

  1. Cook corn according to package directions and let sit covered in hot water.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
  3. Stir in chili powder, cayenne pepper and lime juice and cook 2 minutes.
  4. Drain corn and place in a serving dish.
  5. Pour Cajun butter over corn and roll corn to coat.
