Unsaved Butternut Squash Zig Zags with Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic cloves, minced
  • 12 oz Butternut Squash Zig Zags
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in garlic and squash. Sauté 5 to 6 minutes until squash becomes tender.
  2. Remove from heat and add cheese and pepper. Toss to combine and serve.
