Butternut Squash and Rosemary Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Sausage with Spinach & Feta Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Fresh garlic clove, finely minced
  • 1 Medium fresh Rosemary
  • 24.3 oz Jar Butternut Squash Pasta Sauce
  • 1 lb Linguine, or shape of your choice

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot of water for cooking pasta.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Squeeze chicken sausage out of casing and into skillet. Add oil and break meat into smaller chunks with a spoon. Brown nicely and turndown to low.
  3. Add garlic, rosemary and pasta sauce. Allow to heat through and simmer while pasta is cooking.
  4. Add pasta to boiling water and cook according to package directions.
  5. Drain pasta and add to skillet with sauce. Toss to coat and garnish with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
