Butternut Squash and Rosemary Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Sausage with Spinach & Feta Cheese
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Fresh garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 Medium fresh Rosemary
- 24.3 oz Jar Butternut Squash Pasta Sauce
- 1 lb Linguine, or shape of your choice
Instructions
- Heat a large pot of water for cooking pasta.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Squeeze chicken sausage out of casing and into skillet. Add oil and break meat into smaller chunks with a spoon. Brown nicely and turndown to low.
- Add garlic, rosemary and pasta sauce. Allow to heat through and simmer while pasta is cooking.
- Add pasta to boiling water and cook according to package directions.
- Drain pasta and add to skillet with sauce. Toss to coat and garnish with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
