Build Your Own Taco Salad

Ingredients
- 4 cups Iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- 1/2 cup Matchstick carrots
- 1 cup Medium salsa
- 2 cups No salt whole kernel corn
- 1 tbsp Shredded Mexican style blend cheese, shredded
- 1.2 oz Taco seasoning mix
- 1 tbsp Black olives
- 1/2 cup Diced white onion, diced
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Tortilla chips, crushed
- 1 tbsp Fresh jalapeno pepper(s), sliced
- 1/2 cup No salt added black beans
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and onions in large non-stick skillet. Add taco seasoning.
- Fill several serving bowls with remaining ingredients.
- Arrange and serve salad bar style.
