Build Your Own Taco Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Matchstick carrots
  • 1 cup Medium salsa
  • 2 cups No salt whole kernel corn
  • 1 tbsp Shredded Mexican style blend cheese, shredded
  • 1.2 oz Taco seasoning mix
  • 1 tbsp Black olives
  • 1/2 cup Diced white onion, diced
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Tortilla chips, crushed
  • 1 tbsp Fresh jalapeno pepper(s), sliced
  • 1/2 cup No salt added black beans

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and onions in large non-stick skillet. Add taco seasoning.
  2. Fill several serving bowls with remaining ingredients.
  3. Arrange and serve salad bar style.
