Ingredients
- 2 oz Buffalo sauce
- 1 cup Fresh cucumber, cut into pea size pieces
- 8 oz Hard tofu, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 9 oz Sweet garden crunch salad mix
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet to medium-high.
- Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to the pan. Add tofu and cook for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add salad mix, cucumbers, and buffalo sauce to a bowl.
- Once tofu is finished cooking, transfer to the bowl and toss until evenly combined.
