Ingredients

  • 3 oz Frank's Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 lb Frozen Baby Smokehouse Potatoes, Cooked in the microwave according to package directions
  • 3 tbsp Grapeseed oil
  • 1/4 cup Green onion, sliced
  • 2 oz Crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat Frank's Red Hot Sauce in a small saucepan on medium. Add in butter 1 Tablespoon at a time, allowing it to melt before adding more.
  2. Remove cooked potatoes from bag and cut into quarters. Place in a bowl and toss with grapeseed oil.
  3. Transfer potatoes to an air fryer and cook at 430°F for 10 minutes or until crispy.
  4. Toss potatoes in a bowl with the hot sauce. Garnish with green onions and blue cheese, and serve.
