Buffalo Chicken Tacos with Ranch Slaw

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 1/2 cups Cooked shredded chicken
  • 10 Old El Paso Stand 'N Stuff Taco Shells, 1 package (10 count)
  • 2 cups Coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp Chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. In a 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add Buffalo wing sauce and stir in chicken. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is heated through.
  2. Meanwhile, heat taco shells as directed on package. In a medium bowl, mix coleslaw mix and dressing until blended.
  3. Divide chicken among warm taco shells. Top with cheese, coleslaw mixture, and cilantro.
