Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Cayenne pepper sauce, divided use
  • 5.3 oz Non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Ranch dressing mix
  • 2 cups Shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided use
  • 1 1/2 cups Boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled or roasted until internal temperature of 165°F then shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, chicken, ranch packet, yogurt, 2 ounces (about 1/4 cup) hot sauce and 1 cup of cheese.
  3. Spread mixture in a 9-inch round pan and sprinkle remaining cup of cheese on top.
  4. Bake about 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese starts to bubble.
  5. Garnish with remaining sauce and serve with warm tortilla chips.
