Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
- 3 oz Cayenne pepper sauce, divided use
- 5.3 oz Non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 Ranch dressing mix
- 2 cups Shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided use
- 1 1/2 cups Boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled or roasted until internal temperature of 165°F then shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, chicken, ranch packet, yogurt, 2 ounces (about 1/4 cup) hot sauce and 1 cup of cheese.
- Spread mixture in a 9-inch round pan and sprinkle remaining cup of cheese on top.
- Bake about 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese starts to bubble.
- Garnish with remaining sauce and serve with warm tortilla chips.
